Order or request for quotation
Prices for standard product configurations can be found on the respective product web pages. For custom configurations, please submit a request for quotation through the form below.
Before submitting your order or request for quotation, please consult the product datasheet, which provides information on the part numbers, available configurations, and included parts. Please indicate the quantity, part numbers, required parts, payment, and shipping methods in the request. After the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation message. We usually respond within 1-2 business days. If you do not hear from us after 2 business days, please resubmit your request and ensure you receive the confirmation message.
We require prepayment for all orders before shipping.
Payments:
We accept wire transfers or credit card payments via PayPal. Please indicate how you would like to pay in your request. If the payment is by wire transfer, we will send you a proforma invoice for payment. We will send you a PayPal invoice if the payment is by credit card. You do not need a PayPal account. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are accepted.
Shipment:
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The tracking number is provided once the order is shipped. Our preferred shipping carrier is DHL. The shipping cost will be included in the quotation. Alternatively, you can provide your FedEx, UPS, and DHL accounts. We will charge handling fees for all other shipping methods.
US customers:
Adnacom Inc. clears customs for shipments to customers in the USA. Orders are delivered free of all import taxes or customs clearance charges. Adnacom Inc. serves as the importer of record on all shipping documents.
