Order or request for quotation

Prices for standard product configurations are listed on the corresponding product web pages. For custom configurations, please submit a quotation request using the form below.

Before submitting your order or request for quotation, please consult the product datasheet, which provides information on the part numbers, available configurations, and included parts. Please indicate the quantity, part numbers, required parts, payment, and shipping methods in the request. After the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation message. We usually respond within 1-2 business days. If you do not hear from us after 2 business days, please resubmit your request and ensure you receive the confirmation message.

We require prepayments for all orders before shipping.

Payments:

We accept wire transfers and credit card payments through PayPal. Please indicate your preferred payment method in your request. For wire transfers, we will send a proforma invoice. For credit card payments, we will send a PayPal invoice. A PayPal account is not required. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Shipment:

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. A tracking number will be provided once the order ships. Our preferred shipping carrier is DHL. The shipping cost will be included in the quotation. Alternatively, you can provide your FedEx, UPS, and DHL accounts. A handling fee applies to all other shipping methods.

US customers:

When orders are shipped using Adnacom’s shipping account, Adnacom handles customs clearance for customers in the USA. These orders are delivered without import taxes or customs clearance charges. Adnacom is listed as the importer of record on all shipping documents.

If an order is shipped using the customer’s account, the customer is responsible for customs clearance.
